Usage & Plan

StackUp TeamUpdated July 20264 min read

The Usage & Plan page answers three questions: what plan you are on, which platform capabilities are enabled for you, and how much of each you have used this month. Check it whenever you plan a scale-up or want to know how close you are to a limit.

The Usage & Plan page

Open it from Settings › Usage & Plan › View Usage. The top of the page shows summary cards; below them, a capabilities table breaks down every enabled feature with its monthly consumption and limit.

Plan and usage cards

The summary cards give you the account state at a glance:

CardWhat it shows
PlanYour current plan, for example Free Trial or Premium.
Your roleYour permission level in the workspace, for example Admin.
AccountThe account's standing, for example Active.
Articles scanned / analyzedContent processed by scanning and analysis this period.
Video analyzedVideo content processed by analysis.
API callsEnrichment API consumption for the period.

Capabilities

The Capabilities table lists the platform features enabled for your account and your usage against each limit this month. Each row shows the capability, its status, the amount used this month, and the limit (a number, or Unlimited on plans without caps). Capabilities span the whole platform, including:

  • Content and enrichment — Articles Scanned, Content Enrichment Scans, Video/Audio Files Scanned, Analysis Runs.
  • Audiences and curation — Demand-Driven Audiences, Audiences Generated, Audience Matrix.
  • Monitoring and signals — Pipeline Analysis, Pulse, RTD Publisher FPD.
  • Programmatic access — API Access and API Calls.

If a capability you need shows as disabled or is missing from the table, it is not included in your current plan. Contact your StackUp representative to enable it.

Reading your limits

💡
Tip: usage counters reset monthly. When planning a launch or a traffic spike, check the Used this month column against the limit first, and remember that SDK-side controls (daily session quota and sample rate in your collection configuration) are separate from plan limits — both apply.
